Overview

Every So is built with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. All information remains entirely on your device.

Data Storage

Every So stores all app data (tags, reminders, notes, catchup schedules) directly inside your device's contact records using URL fields. No data is sent to any server, cloud service, or third party.

Because data lives in your contacts, it persists even if you uninstall the app.

No Accounts

Every So does not require you to create an account. There is no login, no email collection, and no user profiles.

Contacts Permission

Every So requests access to your device contacts in order to read and display your contact list, and to write reminder and tag data back to contact records. This data never leaves your device.

Notifications Permission

Every So requests notification permissions to send you local reminders about upcoming catchups and holidays. Notifications are scheduled entirely on-device and do not involve any external push notification service.

Analytics and Tracking

Every So does not include any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. We do not collect usage data, crash reports, or device information.

Third Parties

Every So does not share data with any third parties. There is no data to share.
